Crowd Ignite Acquired by Evolve Media

Austin-based Crowd Ignite, a developer of a "content exchange" engine which matches up content with web site verticals, has been acquired by Evolve Media. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Crowd Ignite was developed by Jake Moilanen and hisf irm Centrility LLC, according to Moilanen's LinkedIn profile, and was actually acquired in 2010. Moilanen is now Managing Director of Crowd Ignite and Evolve Media, running Evolve's Traffic Exchange Technology division.
