Sabre Holdings Buys Web Hotel Management Firm

Southlake-based Sabre Holdings said Wednesday that it has acquired SoftHotel, a provider of web-based, property management software for the hotel industry. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Sabre said SoftHotel has over 4,500 instalations. Sabre said it will use the acquisition to move it closer to providing a fully integrate, web-based hotel enterprise solution.
