iCentera, With Operations In Houston, Acquired

iCentera, a developer of sales portal and sales enablement software with development operations in Houston, has been acquired by Callidus Software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. iCentera's executives and co-founders include a significant number of ex-NetIQ executives, including Craig Nelson, iCentera's CEO, who was formerly a Senior Director at NetIQ, and Michael Wilkes, iCentera's CTO, also formerly of NetIQ.
