Famigo Takes On Android App Reviews

Confused over the thousands of Android smart phone apps available on the Android Marketplace and elsewhere? Austin-based Famigo said Friday that it has launched a new service called Famigo Family App Review. The firm--which is backed by the Capital Factory and is a member of the incubator's 2009 class--said it is providing a way for families to discover and select games, e-books, and Android applications. The service is available both through Famigo's web site, and a downloadable Android app. Famigo was a result of the 2009, University of Texas 3-Day Start Up event.
