Dell Opens Solution Center in Round Rock
Round Rock-based Dell said this week that it has opened up a new "solution center" for its IT customers, aimed at helping customers test and validate their IT solutions. The firm said it is the first one for the firm in both North and South America. Dell said it is planning to create 22 solution centers globally to help customers figure out how to use its products in their industry. The new center is a part of a $1 billion investment the firm is putting towards helping craft solutions to its customers.
