Dell Links With Salesforce.com Service Cloud

Round Rock-based Dell has linked into Salesforce.com, via Salesforce.com's Service Cloud, the company said this morning. According to Dell, the link expands its integrated CRM solution. The two said the move is part of an expanded partnership between the two companies. Salesforce Service Cloud is that firm's contact center management solution. Dell was already providing links to Salesforce.com's sales offerings. The subscription service starts at $565 per month, and Dell's implementation packages start at $8,000.
