ShopSavvy Ties With Mobile Deals Firm

Dallas-based ShopSavvy, the developer of mobile smartphone barcode scanning apps, has tied into a daily deals provider, Spotzot, the firm said this morning. ShopSavvy said that the deal will deliver deals, coupons, and sales to users from Spotzot, a provider of mobile deals. The deal will target users based on location and shopping interest. Financial details of the deal were not announced. The two said they are already delivering deals on ShopSavvy's Android app, with iPhone support expected next month.
