Sabre Launches New Product

Southlake-based Sabre said today that it has launched a new product, which provides merchandising for airline products. The firm said its new Sabre Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) software is launching with Air New Zealand, to enable that airline to offer up pre-paid bags through Sabre's global distribution system. Sabre said the new product will allow the sale of any airline product or service from within the Sabre GDS.
