Trinigy Acquired By Havok

Trinigy, a developer of 3D game engines which has operations in Austin, has been acquired by fellow game tools maker Havok. According to Havok, which is a unit of Intel, it acquired Trinigy to enhance its portfolio of products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Havok said it will rename Trinigy's Visoin Engine as the Havok Vision Engine. The firms did not say how the acquisition will affects Trinigy's Austin operations.
