Solera Holdings Buys Software Firm

Westlake, Texas-based Solera Holdings, the provider of software for the insurance claims processing industry, said today that it has acquired See Progress, a developer of software for the vehicle repair and collision repair market. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. See Progress develops a software program called AutoWatch, which provides text- and photo-based vehicle status repair to owners and insurers. Solera said the acquisition will expand its product suite.
