ACS Buys Italian Company

Dallas-based ACS, the business process outsourcing and consulting arm of Xerox, said this morning that it is acquiring an Italian, multi-lingual customer care firm.,XL World. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. ACS said that the deal will expand its business process outsourcing capabilities across Europe. XL World has 1,500 employees, with operations in Romania and Albania.
