Dell Promotes Black Friday Deals

Round Rock-based Dell is ramping up for its Black Friday sales, saying today that it will be offering up special deals on PCs and other products through Cyber Monday. The computer manufacturer said it will be offering up deals as low as $299.99. Dell will also be promoting financing deals.
