Eltek Valere Becomes Eltek

Richardson-based Eltek Valere has shortened its name to just Eltek, the company announced this morning, three years after acquiring Valere Power in June of 2007. According to Eltek, it has merged the Eltek Valere name into the corporate Eltek brand, continuing to supply the firm's high efficiency power conversion products. The firm said the name change comes as it finalizes the merger of Eltek Valere into corporate parent Eltek. Valere Power became Eltek Valere after its merger in 2007.
