Cinsay Pulls In LaunchFish

Austin-based Cinsay, a provider of social media and ecommerce products, said today that it has acquired Dallas-based LaunchFish. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. LaunchFish was a provider of social media marketing services, and was founded by Kyle Nelson. Cinsay said that Nelson will become head of its Social Services division. LaunchFish counted among its clients ADTRAN, AVTEQ, and a number of daily deal sites.
