Cinsay Gets $40M Funding Commit

Austin-based Cinsay, a developer of enterprise video player technology, said today that it has inked a deal with Pepperwood Partners LLC, where Pepperwood will provide the firm up to $40M in debt or equity financing. The firm said the capital will go towards technology development and deployment. Cinsay said it will be receiving the funding to close in the next six to eight weeks.
