Fonality Names New CEO

Dallas-based Fonality, which develops business PBX and VoIP software, said Tuesday that it has named David Scult as its new CEO. SCult was previously General Manager of Microsoft Office 365. Fonality said that Scult also has served at Groove Networks, Radnet, and Lotus Development Corp. Fonality is backed by Intel Capital, Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Azure Capital Partners. Fonality moved its headquarters to Dallas last January.
