Photoreflect Buys Photo Software Product Line

Austin-based Photoreflect, a newly formed company backed by Dallas-based Imaging Spectrum, said today that it has acquired a line of photo products form Express Digital Graphics (ExpressDigital). Photoreflect said it acquired Express Digital's Photoreflect and Labtricity products. Those products are provided to professional photographers, to help them sell photos to their clients. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. The company said it is being headed by Brian Woodchek.
