Authentix Bolsters Board

Dallas-based Authentix, which develops authentication products which helps battle counterfeiting, smuggling, and adulteration issues for consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and other industries, said today that it has named Bernard Bailey to its board. Bailey is Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Paraquis Solutions, and also has served at Viisage Technology, L1 Identity Solutions, ATG, and IBM. He also sits on the board of Analogic Corporation and Telos Corporation. Authentix is venture backed by The Carlyle Group, J.H. Whitney, Manti Holdings and others.
