Authentix Names VP

Dallas-based Authentix, the developer of authentication technology for the oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industry, said today that it has named Angus Ward as its new Vice President, Business Development. Ward was previously at Securency, and also has served at Elections Systems and Software and De La Rue. Authentix is venture backed by The Carlyle Group, J.H. Whitney, and Manti Holdings.
