SailPoint Names New Marketing VP

Austin-based SailPoint, the developer of identity management software for the enterprise market, reported today that it has bolstered its executive ranks. Sailpoint said that Jackie Gilbert, co-founder of the firm and formerly VP of Marketing, has become General Manager of its cloud identity management business unit. Gilbert is being replaced by Trent Fitz, who will serve as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. Fitz was previously at Trustwave, and also served at Mirage Networks, Surgient Networks, ClearCube Technology, and IBM Global Services. Gilbert will focus on strategy, product management and product development.
