Phytel Lands Virginia Customer

Dallas-based Phytel, a developer of technology to help manage evidence-based chronic and preventive care protocols for physicians, said today that it has signed the Central Virginia Health Network as a customer. Size of the win was not disclosed. Phytel said the healthcare provider is using its product to help identify the care gaps of their patients, evaluate care team performance, and evaluate patient populations by health risk.
