Social Dynamx Takes On Social Customer Care
Austin-based startup SocialDynamx launched this morning, saying that it is now offering up an online, customer care product aimed at large enterprises and customer contact centers. The firm, which is headed by Mike Betzer, said its software helps enterprises and contact centers to identify, prioritize, and manage one-on-one social conversations on such sites as Twitter. The firm said its customers include Dish Network, Time Warner Cable, Convio, and others.
