Report: GameStop To Sell MacBooks
Grapevine-based video games retailer GameStop looks to possibly be expanding its refurbished hardware business to the sale of Apple MacBooks, according to a report from online gaming site Kotaku over the weekend. According to the report, a leaked screenshot from a GameStop employee shows that the retail chain's inventory now stocks the popular Apple laptops, and expansion from the firm's recent move to sell refurbished iPads, iPods, and iPhones. GameStop has recently been expanding beyond its core sales of games and accessories into the resale of those devices, which it has been picking up through in-store tradeins.
