NewComLink Appoints Professional Services VP

Austin-based NewComLink, the Austin Ventures-based provider of credit and financing products for retailers, announced this morning that it has named David Lutz as Vice President of Professional Services. Lutz was most recently Vice President of Consulting at Oracle Retail, and has also served at 360Commerce and QuickArrow. NewComLink provides a product which offers consumers financing at the point of sale. The firm is venture backed by Austin Ventures and StarVest Partners, and raised its Series A in July of last year. Suneet Paul, the co-founder and CEO of NewComLink, was previously at Dell Financial Solutions.
