CSID Acquires UK Firm

Austin-based CSID, which provides fraud detection and identity protection services, said this morning that it has acquired a UK-based firm, Dataspaces Corporation Limited. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. CSID said the move will help augment its offerings, and help it expand its global reach. Dataspaces is based in London, England. CSID, which is headed by Scott Cruickshank, also said it has added Andrew Clark as Managing Director EMEA and Adam Tyler as Chief Innovation Officer as part of the acquisition. Both will continue to be based in London.
