GameStop Takes Google Nexus 7 Tablet Preorders
Grapevine-based videogame retailer GameStop is ramping up its hardware sales efforts again, saying Thursday that it will begin taking pre-orders of the new, Google Nexus 7 tablet. GameStop said it will be offering up the tablet for $249 in mid-July, which will be available at all of its U.S. GameStop stores. As part of the run up to the release of the new tablet, GameStop said it will accept new trade-ins of other Android tablets for credit towards pre-orders of the newly announced Google device.
