Mozido Adds Board Member

Dallas-based Mozido, the developer of white-label, mobile financial services software, said earlier this week that it has named Ellen Marram to its board of directors. Marran is the former President and CEO of Tropicana and the Nabisco Biscuit Company. Marram is currently President of The Barnegat Group, and also has served at private equity firm North Castle Partners. She also sits on the boards of Eli Lilly and Company, The New York Times Company, and Ford Motor Company. Mozido is backed by TomorrowVentures, the venture capital arm of Google's Eric Schmidt.
