GameSalad Supports Windows 8 Apps

GameSalad, the developer of video game creation software for the iPhone, Android, web, and other platforms, said Friday that its software is now supporting Windows 8, Microsoft's new operating system. GameSalad said its latest version, 0.10.0, both runs on Windows 8 and also supports the advanced features of the new OS. GameSalad's tools are used by users to create videogames for iOS, Android, Windows, and the web, without requiring heavy coding--and which can be played across all of those platforms. GameSalad's operations are split between Austin and Los Angeles.
