Alpheus Communications Acquires Net Star

Houston-based Alpheus, the provider of metro area fiber and networking, said today that it has acquired fellow Houston firm Net Star Telecommunications. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Net Star Telecommunications provides network and data center services. Alpheus said the acquisition will help it gain operational scale and additional services.
