Aztec Systems Merges With Toutatis

Aztec Systems, the provider of information technology outsourcing based in Carollton, has merged with Brazilian IT integrator Toutatis Client Services do Brasil, S.A., according to private equity firm glendonTodd Capital. glendonTodd Capital, which owns Aztec Systems, said the merger will create a new, multinational, multilingual business process and IT outsourcing firm. The new company will continue to be based in Dallas, and will has more than 750 employees. Financial details of the merger was not announced.
