Aztec Systems Merger Closes, Creates Dallas Headquartered Firm

The merger of Carrollton-based Aztec Systems, and Brazilian IT outsourcing firm Toutatis Client Services do Brasil S.A. has closed, according to private equity firm glendonTodd Capital. Dallas-based glendonTodd Capital owns both companies. According to glendonTodd, the combined companies will be opening up a new, 250-employee service center in Dallas as part of the deal. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The new company, Toutatis Aztec Solutions, will be based in Dallas, and will offer up human resources outsourcing, finance and accounting outsourcing, procurement outsourcing, information technology outsourcing, and data hosting services. The deal had been announced in December. glendonTodd bought Aztec in June of 2012, and Toutatis in May of 2012.
