Continuum Analytics Links Into Thomson Reuters

Continuum Analytics, the developer of Python-based data analytics software which is based in Austin, reported today that it has partnered with financial database provider Thomson Reuters. According to the company, the new partnership will allow subscribers to access Thomson Reuter's QADirect financial database through its Wakari data analytics platform. QADirect is a database of financial metrics for quantitative equity management. Continuum Analytics said the move will make the database of information from Thomson Reuters accessible via its Python-based API interface. Financial details of the link were not disclosed.
