Infoglide Acquired By FICO

Austin-based Infoglide Software, a developer of software being used to improve fraud detection, security, and compliance for the banking, insurance, retail and healthcare industry, has been acquired by FICO, FICO said this week. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Infoglide had been founded in 1996, and had been backed by Conning Capital Partners, Intersouth Partners, and MMC Capital.
