CompuCom Acquired By Private Equity Firm Thomas H. Lee Partners
Dallas-based IT solutions provider CompuCom Systems said Monday afternoon that it has been acquired by Thomas H. Lee Partners, a private equity firm. CompuCom was previously owned by private equity firm Court Square Cpaital. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. CompuCom has over 11,500 employees and had $2.3 billion of gross revenue in 2012. The deal was financed by Ctigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan, BMO Capital Markets and Jefferies Finance LLC. CompuCom was advised by Citigroup Global Markets and Dechert LLP in the deal; THL was advised by BMO and Jeffries, as well as Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
