CopperEgg Launches Cloud Sizing Tool

Trying to figure out exactly how many Amazon EC2 instances you need to support your brand new startup's user load? Austin-based CopperEgg rolled out a brand new tool today to do just that. CopperEgg, which develops cloud monitoring and analytics software, said it has launched a new Cloud Sizing Tool to benchmark enterprise and cloud servers, to help customers pick the right Amazon EC2 instance types, pricing, and Elastic Block Storage (EBS) configurations. The firm said the new tool is available for free to users of the company's cloud monitoring solution. CopperEgg is backed by Silverton Partners, Webb Investment Network, and Kenny Van Zant.
