SpareFoot Offers Help To West, TX Victims
Austin high tech startup SpareFoot announced Thursday that it has extended an offer to help victoms of the West, Texas fire and explosion. The company, which helps connect people with self-storage facilities, said it will donate a free month of storage to businesses, families and individuals who need temporary space to store and protect their belongings. SpareFoot said it would mail a check (up to $100) for the first month of self-storage, for rental of a storage unit within a 100-mile radius of West.
