MyEdu Dangles Free Trial For Employers

Austin-based MyEdu, the online college hiring site backed by Bain Capital and the University of Texas system, said today that it has launched a new, 30-day free trial of its MyEdu for Employers. The company said it will give employers 30 days free of its service to help post jobs or internships on the site, and connect with applicants. MyEdu's online site lets college students create their own personal profiles, and then helps match those profiles up with hiring managers. MyEdu claims its system helps employers recruit college students without having to sort through the responses that come through untargeted job postings.
