MyEdu Acquired By Blackboard

Austin-based college information site MyEdu, which was backed by Bain Capital and the University of Texas, has been acquired by educational software provider Blackboard, the two said this week. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. MyEdu operated an online website to help students find jobs and internship opportunities, and also helped those students build up their resume and plan out their coursework.
