Mimecast Sets Up Shop In Dallas

Mimecast, a provider of cloud-based, email management of Microsoft Exchange, said it has set up shop in Dallas, as part of a national expansion. The company, which is based in Waltham, Mass, said the new, 3,000 square foot office will be on Las Colinas Boulevard in Irving. The new office is led by Marcus Conroy, Director of Sales. Mimecast provides email archiving, security, and other services for users of Microsoft Exchange, hosted Exchange, and Office 365. According to Mimecast, the growth in Dallas comes along with new facilities in Chicago and expansion in San Francisco; the company is planning to grow its headcount to over 200 employees by the end of the year. Mimecast did not say how many people it plans to hire specifically in Dallas.
