IAR Systems Sets Up Shop In Dallas

IAR Systems, a Swedish developer of embedded development tools, said this morning that it has expanded its operations into Dallas, and has opened up new office in the location. The company--which makes embedded software development tools used in hardware design in the consumer electronics, industrial automation and the automotive, avionics and medical industries, said the office will be the company's home base for the central United States. IAR is based in Uppsala, Sweden. IAR already has offices in California and Massachusetts. IAR Systems did not say how large of a staff it will be putting in place at the new office.
