Core Nap Acquired By Zayo Group

Austin-based data center operator Core NAP has been acquired by datacenter operator, colocation, and bandwidth provider Zayo Group, Zayo announced today, including the acquisition of Core NAP's Austin data center. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Zayo said that Core Nap's data center, which is on McNeil Drive, is its first data center in the region, and includes more than 220 existing customers and five major carriers.
