HomeAway Bursting At Seams, Plans Yet Another New Office

Austin-based HomeAway just keeps on growing. The online vacation rental marketplace operator said today that it has signed a lease for a new, 114,665 square-foot office in The Domain, which is twice the size of the company's existing headquarters in downtown. HomeAway said it expects to open the new office in the second half of 2014. The new office has space for 750 employees--and comes in addition to all of the company's existing locations across HomeAway. The company says it already has more than 1,300 employees worldwide, and that it has increased its headcount by 167 percent since 2010. The new, five story office is at 11800 Domain Blvd. in The Domain shopping complex.
