Rentsys Recovery Services Buys New England Company

College Station-based Rentsys Recovery Services, which provides disaster recovery services for businesses, has acquired a New England provider of business continuity services, EverGreen Data Continuity. Financial details of the buy were not announced. EverGreen Data Continuity was based in Newbury, Mass., and provided business continuity, risk management, crisis management and disaster recovery software solutions and services. Rentsys said the buy will add continuity planning software and professional consulting services to its current services and products. Rentsys services banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders and other large enterprise organizations.
