Rentsys Recovery Services Acquires IT-Lifeline

College Station-based Rentsys Recovery Services, which provides disaster recovery services for businesses, reports that it has acquired another disaster recovery provider, IT-Lifeline. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. IT-Lifeline provides disaster recovery and compliance testing services to the financial services industry. The company said the two were already strategic partners, and will help expand its product offerings.
