Eltek Adds Network Management Protocol Support

Plano-based, high efficiency power supply developer Eltek said last week that it has added support for SNMPv3, the widely used IT network management protocol, to its DC power systems. The firm said it added support for SNMPv3 on its Smartpack2, Smartpack S, and Compack controllers, all of which are used for DC power. SNMP is a widely used network protocol used to monitor IT equipment, computers, network switches, and many other IT components.
