Rackspace Names Chief Customer Officer

San Antonio-bsaed Rackspace hosting announced this morning that it has appointed Taylor Rhodes as its Chief Customer Officer, to head up the company's sales and support organizations. Rackspace said Rhodes is its first-ever Chief Customer Officer, and will lead the company's Enterprise, SMB and International divisions. Rhodes will from to London from Rackspace's San Antonio office to take the position. Rhodes was previously Rackspace's Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Rackspace International. Jeff Cotten, Rackspace's VP of Enterprise Sales, will become Managing Director, International, and wil head to Zurich for his new position.
