Mavenir Systems Sets IPO Pricing Range

Richardson-based Mavenir Systems said Thursday that it expects its initial public offering price to be between $15.00 and $17.00 per share, as it plans to go public on the New York Stock Exchange. Mavenir, which has been approved to list at MVNR, is offering up 4,670,292 shares of its stock to the public. The company filed for an IPO earlier in the month. Mavenir makes software used for enabling advanced telecommunications equipment. The company's backers include North Bridge Venture Partners, Austin Ventures, Alloy Ventures, August Ventures, and Cisco Systems.
