People Pattern Gains $4.5M For Marketing Analytics
Austin-based People Pattern said this week that it has raised $4.5M in a Series A funding round, for the company's marketing analytics platform. The startup, founded by Spredfast co-founder Ken Cho and UT Austin professor Jason Baldridge, said it is creating an advanced analytics marketing platform for audience segmentation, user classification, and audience activation, tapping into a wide range of data--including social streams, CRM and enterprise database, and more, to help marketers better understand their audiences. The funding came from Mohr Davidow Ventures. As part of the funding, MDV's Bryan Stolle join's the company's board of directors.
