VUV Analytics Gains $9M, New CEO

Austin-based VUV Analytics, which develops scientific equipment used for gas chromatography, said Tuesday that it has raised $9M in a Series A funding round, and named a new CEO. According to VUV Analytics, the funding was led by S3 Venture Partners. As part of the funding, VUV Analytics has named Clark Jernigan as its new CEO. Jernigan was most recently a Venture Partner at Austin Ventures. Founder Sean Jameson shifts to become Senior VP of Business Development for the company. More information »
