SpareFoot Bolsters Hiring Plans, Aims Now At 31 New Hires
Austin-based SpareFoot, not satisfied with its plans to bolster its staffing by nearly 20 people at its call center, said today that it has upped the number of employees it hopes to hire this year to 31 new employees--bringing the company's call center to 51 employees, a 130 percent increase in its current staffing. SpareFoot says it currently has around 105 employees in the entire company The online self-storage marketplace operator has been in hiring mode, and said it is asking people to send their resumes directly to the company's recruiter, Rachel Morse for an invite to its upcoming call center open house and job interviews. The company did not say why it has upped the target for the number of hires at the company.
